Heir to a passion conveyed by a vigneron family started and developed by Michel Falmet, our family proudly masters and perpetuate our historical know-how fully respecting our singularly generous terroir.

Located on the sunny hillsides of the Cote Des Bar in the southern champagne, our vineyards are composed of traditional grape varieties planted on our typical calcareous-clay soil. In a matter of grape and wine quality, the main focus of Champagne Falmet-Collot remains bold blends showcasing our unique terroir.

We make a point of pressing our grapes in the most respectful and delicate way to preserve their freshness and quality. That’s why we use an inclined press and age our wines in demi-muids and stainless steel tanks equipped with thermoregulation allowing an optimal temperature control. Therefore, each one of our cuvees is a result of our choices and commitments in order to highlight each vintage and our beautiful terroir and offer unique and rare Champagnes.

We put a lot of effort in taking intensive care of our deeply-history steeped vineyards in the respect of our High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certifications. Mindful of the ecological challenge we’re facing, we’ve been thinking from the conception of our winery to our daily processes of grapegrowing and winemaking, of minimizing our environmental impact. By preserving our vineyards landscapes, encouraging biodiversity, and helping building the natural defenses of the vine, our domain contributes to the Champagne region and its terroir’s sustainability.

Being an independent winemaker means penetrating a story,
imbuing oneself with a passion.

Falmet-Collot is a signature, a guarantee, an insurance which allows the expression of a terroir where nature reveals and offers its very best.
